Questions

Questions from oil and gas operators.

Can you adapt to our head office's assessment protocol and ATS?

Yes. We adapt the test battery and the report template to the protocol your company requires, and we deliver in the format your headquarters expects. If you work with an ATS, we load the candidates into it.

Do you handle confidential replacements, while the position is still occupied?

It is a regular part of the work. We handle it through headhunting: a direct approach to each candidate, no published ad and only the minimum team aware of the search, with the confidentiality agreement signed before the briefing. That is why those searches do not appear in the record: they never had an ad.

How long does a critical technical position take?

The shortlist is presented within 14 to 21 days, and the search is filled end to end in around 30 days for operational and technical profiles. A middle manager takes around 60 days and a management role around 90. If the salary band is below the market the timeline stretches, and we tell you so at the start, not two months in.

Do you verify certifications and background?

Yes, it is built into the process: identity, ANSES records (Argentina's social security agency), financial standing, litigation and degrees (the same checks as our Job Ad Management System), plus the technical certifications and the entry requirements of the role. Employment references are taken by a member of our team.

Are you a local supplier or do you work from Buenos Aires?

A local supplier, with people who live here: the Estudio Sánchez Salas office is at Belgrano 1216, in Neuquén, and we have worked in the region since 1987. The firm's accreditations include Proveedor Neuquino Certificado status (certified Neuquén supplier under Provincial Law 3338) and membership of the Cluster Vaca Muerta and of ADINEU, the association of industrial companies of Neuquén.

How is a search billed?

With an advance to start and the balance, which is the bulk of the fee, when the person actually joins your operation. The amount depends on the profile, the scope and the number of positions, according to the Human Resources fee structure. If the person leaves within 90 days, we run the process again at no additional fee.

Can you give us references from other operators?

Yes, by phone and once the conversation moves forward: we put you in touch with companies of your own sector and size, so that they can tell you themselves how we work. We do not publish logos or testimonials, because a search reveals an operator's internal moves: it is the Human Resources confidentiality policy.
